He is the guard against complete client meltdown. Born into the online realm of JCOM a few years ago, he is not alone. There are others like him; some sales staff, some tech support. For years he has battled the forces of search engine optimization, with remote servers his only refuge. He cannot die unless you take his keyboard, and with it his power. In the end, there can be only one. He is Ken, the Rapidlistings Manager.

Amongst other things, Ken is also the office GNU/Linux guru, tries to champion FOSS at the workplace, and has a daily ritual of coffee consumption only rivaled by "Wally" from the Dilbert comic. In his free time he codes in c++, PHP, and still somehow manages to get a solid 5 hours of sleep each night.
